August Was Lovely
Birthday Month yay!
Leo season was all about eating healthy and getting fit and with that being said it was cutting out chip rolls, sugar and fizzy drinks.

I have trained at least 3-4 times a week and have been getting my head back into the game.
I still have a lot of training to do to reach my goal but I'm pretty sure I'll get there ") - I ought too
​
Achievements:
​
- I can plank for 1 minute (It's really hard :/ )
- I can skip for 3 minutes without stopping
- My boxing technique is slowly but surely getting better each day
- I can run for 20 minutes on a treadmill without stopping
​
My main goal is to be fit and eating healthy

Losing 1KG!
Wow, it hasn't been easy at all. With a full time job of constant working late hours and managing my time effectively I have managed to lose one kilogram (YAY!!) Through continuous ache's and sore muscles I have pushed through.

How do you lose one kg in one month?
​
- No sugar ( no soda's, no chocolates, no sweets and no desserts)
- No dairy ( milk, cheese, yogurt, desserts, sour cream and butter)
- Eating plant based foods
- Training 3-4 times a week
​
The boxing fitness exercises are definitely for someone who is committed to losing weight, getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle

JULY HAS BEEN CRAZY
Week 1 I trained insane
Week 2 I trained about twice week due to late nights at work and intense chaotic traffic
Week 3 I got sick and didnt train at all - bummed because I missed out on training for 7 days
Week 4 back to training , not completely unfit but also not completely fit

I need to up my game in August!
